Generic answer
Reports effort
The speaker describes hard work without connecting the answer to a customer problem, decision, or measurable result.
Client Conversation Lab
SV English helps Latin American tech teams rehearse discovery calls, demos, project updates, presentations, and difficult customer conversations before they happen.
Built for software agencies, nearshore consultancies, SaaS companies, and product teams working with US and international customers.
See the coaching method
One candidate gives safe, generic answers. The other researches the company, uses business evidence, and asks a valuable question. The same shift helps your team handle clients as trusted peers.

Peer conversation
The speaker brings research, evidence, and a useful question into the room, so the client can examine the recommendation with them.
Use the work as the curriculum
Your team brings customer work scheduled during the pilot. Mike helps each person organize the message, choose clear language, handle follow-up questions, and close with an explicit next step.
Lead a discovery call, qualify a requirement, explain value, or respond to an objection.
Explain the product, technical decision, delivery plan, or recommendation to a mixed audience.
Own a project update, clarify scope, surface risk, disagree with care, and confirm action items.
Four-week pilot
A five-person cohort gives you enough evidence to see shared problems while Mike can still coach each participant against a specific customer situation.
Before week 1
The team lead names the customer situations that matter now. Each participant brings one upcoming call, demo, presentation, or project update.
Week 1
Mike runs a short individual rehearsal with each participant and records four communication scores plus coaching priorities.
Weeks 2 and 3
The group works through realistic follow-up questions, interruptions, objections, and requests for clarification. Participants use the private practice lab between sessions.
Week 4
Each participant completes a final rehearsal. The team lead receives score movement, shared coaching priorities, and a practical recommendation for the next 30 days.
Evidence for the team lead
Mike scores each rehearsal against the same four criteria. The final manager brief shows movement, team-wide priorities, participation, and a 30-day action plan.
Managers receive scores, attendance, and shared priorities. SV English keeps private transcripts and individual coaching notes between Mike and the participant unless that person approves a specific example.
Rehearsal scorecard
Same criteria at baseline and final
Can the listener follow the point, evidence, recommendation, and next step?
Does the speaker explain technical work without ambiguity, jargon overload, or false certainty?
Can the speaker handle follow-up questions, corrections, and disagreement without losing the thread?
Does the speaker confirm decisions, owners, timing, and unresolved questions?

Participants at B1 or above can rehearse live client conversations. Spanish speakers at A1 or A2 can build the language foundation first with free online courses and Spanish instructions.

The pilot is designed for Latin American software agencies, nearshore consultancies, SaaS teams, and product organizations whose engineers, delivery leads, product managers, or sales staff speak with US and international customers in English.
The founding pilot covers up to five participants. It includes a team-lead kickoff, an individual baseline rehearsal for each participant, four live small-group labs, guided practice between sessions, a final rehearsal, and a manager report.
Participants work on scheduled customer conversations. They may use selected SV English lessons when a language pattern needs more practice, but the pilot agenda comes from their demos, discovery calls, presentations, project updates, and difficult client discussions.
The live client-conversation format works best for participants at B1 level or above. Mike can recommend an academy foundation path for A1 or A2 participants before they enter higher-pressure customer simulations.
The manager receives attendance, baseline-to-final score movement across four communication criteria, shared coaching priorities, and a 30-day recommendation. Private transcripts and individual coaching notes stay private unless the participant approves a specific example.
SV English first checks the team size, target conversations, time zones, and starting levels. You then receive a written proposal with one fixed pilot fee, dates, deliverables, and participant limits. Work starts after you approve it.
