Reschedule or cancel with 24 hours’ notice
Email aistartuplaunch@gmail.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled start time. You may choose one reschedule or a full refund of the payment for that session. We issue approved refunds within five business days; your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.
Less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows
A cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice, or a missed session, is not refundable because that time was reserved for you. In an exceptional circumstance, SV English may offer one reschedule at its discretion.
If SV English must cancel
If SV English cancels a booked session, you may choose a replacement time or a full refund. If a material provider-side technical problem prevents the session, we will offer the same choice.
Four-session sprint
The Workplace Communication Sprint contains four sessions and does not renew. Use the sessions within six weeks unless SV English confirms an extension in writing. The notice, rescheduling, and provider-cancellation rules above apply to each scheduled sprint session.
