We collect the information you provide when you create an account, book a session, contact us, or use the practice platform. That can include your name, email address, time zone, role, learning goals, booking details, messages, and material you choose to bring to coaching.
We also collect limited technical and usage information, such as device and browser data, pages viewed, and interaction events used to understand whether the site and learning tools work.
How we use information
We use information to deliver coaching and practice tools, schedule sessions, process payments, respond to support requests, protect the service, and improve the learning experience. We do not sell personal information.
Payments, scheduling, analytics, and AI
Scheduling and payment are handled by specialist providers. Card payment information is processed by the payment provider, not stored by SV English. We use analytics to understand website use; you can change the analytics preference from the public-site footer.
The practice platform may use an AI service to generate coaching feedback from the text you submit. Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, regulated health information, or confidential employer or client material that you are not authorized to share.
Sharing and retention
We share information only with service providers needed to operate SV English, such as hosting, scheduling, payment, email, analytics, and AI providers, or when required by law. We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, legitimate operational records, and legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information that we hold about you, subject to legal and operational recordkeeping obligations. Email aistartuplaunch@gmail.com with the email address connected to your account or booking. We may ask for information to verify the request.
International use and updates
SV English serves clients internationally. Your information may be processed in the United States or another country where a service provider operates. We update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
