Customer: I bought this shirt yesterday. It is too small. Can I change it? Assistant: Yes. Do you have the receipt? Customer: Yes, here it is.
Frases útiles
- I bought this yesterday.: Compré esto ayer.
- It is too small.: Es demasiado pequeño.
- Can I change it?: ¿Puedo cambiarlo?
- Here it is.: Aquí está.
Cambia small por big o expensive si lo necesitas.

Practica el diálogo con un producto real o imaginario. Di solo tres cosas:
- Cuándo lo compraste.
- Cuál es el problema.
- Qué quieres hacer.
